1. Service Scope
- We provide hookah equipment, required materials, and an expert for setup and assistance for a 2-hour session.
- The customer must provide fresh water to fill the pot and a working electric socket to ignite the charcoal.
- Extra chillams are provided, and customers may select up to two flavours per session.
2. Age Restriction
- Service strictly for customers 21 years or older.
- Age verification may be required before service.
3. Customer Responsibility
- Customer must ensure location is safe and suitable for hookah setup.
- Any damage due to negligence or misuse is not CozyM's responsibility.
- All equipment remains CozyM's property and must be returned in proper condition.
4. Safety Guidelines
- Do not move or modify hookah equipment without expert guidance.
- Keep charcoal and hot surfaces away from flammables, children, and pets.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations ≥ 24 hours in advance may be eligible for reschedule/refund.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- If the location is unsuitable or customer unavailable, booking is considered completed with no refund.
6. Liability
- CozyM is not liable for health issues, allergies, or reactions from tobacco or hookah flavours.
- Customers assume full responsibility for health risks associated with hookah smoking.
7. Modifications
- CozyM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
